I come to Tallahassee for business meetings every other weekend. I have never been to Chow Won Steakhouse for a bite to eat so I decided to stop by with friends. The customer service was phenomenal. Jesse is the best. He greeted us with a smile and was very prompt and attentive. We did not know what to order because the menu was somewhat overwhelming with all the delicious food. Jesse knew the restaurant's products and suggested a dish for us to try. He made sure that it was to our liking. He was proactive and he checked on us often. We experienced a personal dining experience where the customer service far exceeded our expectations. Thank you Jesse and thank you Chow Won Steakhouse ❤️🍜🍗

Oh wow… what a great experience this has been. This was my first time trying this place and I am definitely coming back again. From the meats to the appetizers everything is on point. I had to do my own grilling and I loved it. Looking forward to my next visit. $28 per person on all you can eat. Great deal!!!😊😊😊😊

The service was less than the food, but it was not the server's fault. He had too many tables to attend. The food had excellent flavor, and the steak was very tender.

I am a restaurant mystery shopper/professional restaurant evaluator and I stopped by Chow Won Korean Steakhouse to eat some food with friends. The food/atmosphere was awesome and also the customer service (particularly from Jesse) was superb. He is committed to great customer service and he is very friendly. I recommend him for a raise or a promotion.

Expensive, you can eat, Korean barbecue. Tastes amazing, the food truly is delicious, and being and to cook your own meat is always fun. It can be a struggle to manage the crazy amount of plates if you're at a small table. The atmosphere feels like they're trying for sports bar + high class restaurant + club all at the same time and it doesn't fit very well. Should probably pick one. They have robot waiters though!
